As shown, The INSpECTor was designed to fit around the base of a microscope rather then sit directly on it, which means you may need to add feet to increase the height of the device. These feet are intended to be super glued permanently in place.
Measure the height of your microscope base and rounded up that measurement to the nearest height option.
i.e. - the height of your base is 22mm. Round up to the nearest size of 30mm.
If you do not need feet, you can select 0mm, or choose a size that may work with your colleagues microscope 😉
